Liquid Fuel Project Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:
This position is responsible for developing project proposals to prospective clients and planning/executing/evaluating 
fuel storage and delivery maintenance projects to ensure that all quality control, timelines and profitability targets are 
met. Building and managing project teams and functioning as the primary interface to the customer are central to this 
·      Manage all aspects of project development from proposal to closure – directing contractors, subcontractors, etc.
·      Be accountable for project results including quality, safety, contract compliance, subcontractors management   
and profit targets
·      Provide general direction to field superintendents
·      Track and report on project milestones and provide status to client
Ability to tightly control and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contract change and subcontractors. 
Experience and understanding of construction site quality control. Ability to concurrently serve as Site Manager, Site 
Quality Control Inspector and Site Health and Safety Officer on certain projects. Knowledge of civil, electrical and 
controls related to fuel storage and hydrant systems preferred, but not required. Experience managing at least 2 
projects under Department of Defense contracts preferred but not required. Department of Defense fuels operations 
or liquid fuels maintenance experience a plus. The following certifications are preferred but not required: • API 653 
Inspector • API 570 Inspector • NACE CIP Certification (any level) • STI Tank Inspector • AWS Certified Welding 
Inspector • ASNT Level II or III Certification • Quality Control Management (QCM) Course (USACE or Navy

Fuel Site Manager – Fueling Operations

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a Fuel Site Manager at our customer location at NAS Kingsville, Texas.

The Fuel Site Manager is responsible for site operation, and maintenance distribution systems/facilities including mobile (ground) fuel servicing equipment and automated service station facilities. This position oversees fueling personnel and assists with contractual oversight and profitability, administration, fuel inventory and interfacing with the customer.
