Description:
Analyze fuel support requirements; develop re-supply support plans and systems designed to address requirements; devise implementation strategies for fuel re-supply, to include developing programmatic documentation; coordinate the concept plans and ideas into programs; develope training course material and conduct fuel systems management training; develop and maintain essential databases; perform studies and analysis to resolve problems and enhance operations; conduct site surveys.
Requirements:
•Understanding of government and commercial fuel distribution processes and organizational structure is required. 
•Ability to effectively write/editing documents and effectively conduct briefings/presentations. 
•Ability to interface with government and commercial activity personnel at all levels (from operators to senior managers). 
•Practical experience in data processing operation with a mastery of English, spelling and usage. 
•Willingness to travel within CONUS (normally 3-5 day trips). 
•Must be able to handle flexible tasking and meet deadlines.
*Requires a minimum clearance of TS/SCI. A Poly is desired and if a current Poly is not held the candidate must be willing to sit for it.

VP of Operations

Position: VP of Operations for 1st Choice Compliance, Inc

Location: Albany GA
Start Date: January 2012 as candidate is able to work out adequate professional notice 2 or 3 week notice with current employer
Salary: TBD… DOE with two weeks paid vacation

• Manage Inspectors, Routes and Schedule
• Track vehicle maintenance and get WEX tracking installed on all company vehicles
• Schedule inspection visits to Sam's and Wal-mart Distribution Centers and submit schedule to client by the 1st of the month.
• Assist in tracking cost for each route and develop a bonus system for inspectors based on job performance and keeping the cost down on their routes, onsite Operator C training and keeping their schedule appointments. 
• Audit and submit inspectors expense reports and Gas Receipts
• Manage Per Diem and Hotel expenses for inspectors
• Ensure inspections are turned in complete and work is performed efficiently. All inspections are completed by 25th unless there is an emergency. Inspections do not exceed 35 days.
• Schedule state inspections
• Manage training and certifications and cross training of compliance inspectors.
• Responsible for recruiting and training new inspectors. The Candidate will be in a position of authority over the entire inspection route, the directors, and the inspectors, the candidate will report directly to the President of 1st Choice Compliance. The candidate will be asked to implement an SOP and an organizational chart for the inspection division. The candidate will need to project the future needs of the routes for added growth of the company nationwide as clients are added. Need someone who can provide a structured environment and has exceptional leadership skills.
• Preparing Bids for New Clients and if time allows assist in Marketing the business and services.
• Candidate needs to posses good verbal and written communication skills. Primary duties will be office work, the candidate must be proficient in working with Microsoft software especially with excel spreadsheets, outlook and PowerPoint, will train in MapPoint, ActSoft/Comet Tracker. Must be physically able to perform an inspection of a petroleum storage tank system.
• There will be occasional out of town travel to training classes, to meet with state inspectors, to conferences, meeting with clients, and on a rare occasion to help an inspector only in case of an emergency, would prefer that he can organize other inspectors to help cover. 
• Must be willing to take classes and get certifications in multiple states. Most classes are on online.
